This one was very shocking. We got wind of Kofi's con of a non-profit! Despicable!
HE WAS NEVER PART OF OUR *** *** LEADERSHIP TEAM OR BOARD. He was not connected with us in any official capacity. When we met Kofi, he made up a big story about his mom running a charity trip to Japan after the devastation there. The rest is history. He continued to play out the lie. As you put it well in your email, he really is the “master con.” As unfortunately you have seen first-hand, he is painfully “good” at his made-up role.It was not until we caught Kofi in some of his lies and realized that he was stealing from us that we began to realize the magnitude of his con-operation.
When we confronted him, he refused to admit his lies. He just was frightened enough with our confrontation that he disappeared and has not shown back up around any of us
